How easy is to slip into not living a mindful life…

By Marianna

How easy is to slip into not living a mindful life. Parties. Household duties. Friends meetings. School arrangements. Carols at school. Shopping for presents. House decorations. Entertaining friends . Usual never ending chores. I’m far from ideal. I haven’t figured all out. No one has. The old saying holds: “fake it until you make i”t. But what is the definition of make it? Would it be a fake version of making it?

Today and yesterday

By Marianna

…I was focusing on mindfulness of the moment and self respect. Sometimes we have people around us that are jealous, manipulative, like to usr or belittle. Makes us feel uncomfortable, cause distress or say nasty things in your face with a smile. Those people are needy. They think of themselves as super important. They nag. Beg for attention. Or ignore you some other times. If you listen to yourself- you will know that those kind of people are bad for you.

Today, I’m going to be mindful of my beliefs.

By Marianna

Are all of them still serving me? For example I used to think that it’s better not to bother my friends by calling or texting them just in case I look needy. I’m getting rid of this belief today as I know it does not longer belong in my supermarket of values 🙂 I think our mind is like a large supermarket. Some of our beliefs have long shelf life, they don’t go out of date.

What a fantastic weekend it was

By Marianna

My youngest is so grown up. I’m so blessed he is healthy, happy and we are celebrating his birthday. The whole weekend he is the king of our house:-) Healthy kids is the biggest blessing. Today I’m reflecting on last 20 years of Motherhood. Ups and downs of course, but kids are such a gift to us. We are all immortal though our offsprings. My mum, dad and all my ancestors are alive in me.

At my local supermarket…

By Marianna

At my local supermarket I always choose to be served by a lovely, but rarely happy lady. Still beautiful, although the years had took their toll on her face, emotional burdens had taken the spark out of her eyes, day in – day out sitting at a job that made her skin pale. I know her life story all too well. We are friends…in those 10 – 15 minutes once a week at the end of my shopping trip.

Ladies. What are your hobbies…?

By Marianna

Your business? Your inspirations? Over the years I tried to do and to create many things. Just to discover time and time again that it was not fitting around my family life. And my family and my kids- is the upmost paramount venture of my life. But Now – Im finishing most of my trainings. Im in the right circles of professionals. I have learned a lot. Got inspired. Then went back and founded my own grounding.

Today is a new day

By Marianna

Every morning is a new beginning. Today is the only day that we have so far in our lives. So how do you choose your day to be? Positive? Mindful? Pleasant? Are you going to be present? You have to decide early in the morning what day you going to have, and then go and have your day exactly as you want it. What if something unexpected happens? YOU CAN HANDLE IT.

Today, I am mindful of the time.

By Marianna

Exercising is becoming my daily routine. I feel good during and really good afterwards. My health is my wealth is a new Mantra. Any kind of activities is good. Brisk walk, stairs, running, swimming, exercise bike, regular bike, pilates, tennis, anything really. Food taste much better and the energy level is great too. I can’t recommend enough Epsom salt in bath- full of magnesium, it’s perfect to relax muscles and skin.

Being You

By Marianna

As we grow and develop in our early childhood- we develop our own perception of ourselves. The version we feel comfortable with. Or is it the version of ourselves that we dont like – yet we dont have enough strength to change it? We form our opinion about ourselves, based on tbe opinions of our parents, teachers, friends, relatives, etc. We create responding patterns to our outside world. We create that internal image of ourselves that we carry on to be our internal mirror.

Today...

By Marianna

… I’m going to concentrate on how lucky I am with all the people that I know. Friends and acquaintances. We are so beneficial to one another. So in need of each other support, kindness, involvement. I’m so blessed with my friends. My school friends. College buddies. Most of my amazing teachers are not alive any longer Without them I wouldn’t be me. So thank you for being part of my life❤
